1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any booking made with LIPSTICK AND LOTUS LTD ("we", "us", "the Agency"), a company registered in England & Wales, Company No. 17512205. By accessing this website or making a booking you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site.

2. Age Restriction

This website and our services are strictly for persons aged 18 or over. By continuing you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that it is legal for you to view adult-oriented content in your location. We may ask for proof of age at any time and will refuse service if it is not provided.

3. Nature of Our Services

The Agency introduces clients to adult companions for social companionship, such as dinners, events, travel and conversation. Fees paid to the Agency are for the companion's time and company only.

Anything that takes place between consenting adults is a private matter between them and is never a condition of, or payment for, our introduction. Companions are under no obligation to do anything they are not comfortable with.

4. Companions

• All companions are aged 18 or over and their identity and age are verified before joining.
• Companions work with us entirely of their own free will and may decline or end any booking at any time.
• Companions are self-employed and are not employees of the Agency.
• Profile photos and descriptions are intended to be accurate, but appearance may vary slightly.

5. Client Conduct

All clients must:

• treat companions and Agency staff with courtesy and respect;
• not be under the influence of illegal drugs or excessively intoxicated;
• not pressure, harass, threaten or coerce a companion in any way;
• not record, photograph or film a companion without their explicit consent;
• not request or engage in any illegal activity.

We reserve the right to end a booking immediately and without refund, and to ban any client, if these rules are broken. Where appropriate we will report incidents to the police.

6. Booking Process

Bookings are arranged by phone after you request a call back using the form on our home page, and are confirmed only when we confirm them to you. Please give at least 24 hours' notice where possible. We may ask for a deposit and for identification before confirming a booking.

7. Fees & Payment

• Our current rates are shown on the website and may change without notice. The rate confirmed at the time of booking applies.
• Payment must be made in full at the start of the booking, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Travel expenses, taxi fares and any venue costs are payable by the client in addition to the booking fee.
• Late arrival by the client does not extend the booking or reduce the fee.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking start time will receive a full refund of any deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may result in the deposit being retained.
• If a companion cancels, we will offer you an alternative companion or a full refund.
• No refunds are given once a booking has started, except at our discretion.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. Personal data is collected only as needed to arrange and manage bookings, and is handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We will not sell your information, and we only share it where required by law or to protect the safety of a person. Please contact us to request access to or deletion of your data.

We expect all clients to respect the privacy of our companions and not to share their personal details, images or private information with anyone.

10. Safety, Exploitation & Trafficking

We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards human trafficking, coercion, exploitation and the involvement of anyone under 18. If you have any concern that a person is being forced, controlled or is under age, please contact us immediately and report it to the police (999 in an emergency, or 101) or to the Modern Slavery Helpline on 08000 121 700.

11. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Lipstick and Lotus Ltd or its companions and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care to provide an excellent service but, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your booking will apply.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
